Eligibility and Cost
CAA Rules state that you must be at least 16 years of age prior to going on your first solo flight and 17 years of age before you are eligible to sit your PPL Flight test.

Entry to our PPL Course does not require a minimum academic level but will be done on a case-by-case basis. You must however, still meet the following criteria:

Hold an Aviation Class 2 medical certificate

Meet the ‘Fit & Proper Person’ requirements of CAANZ

Be competent in spoken English to meet NZCAA requirements
