Hours of operation:
7 days per week
Reservations:
8am to 5pm - Urgent after hours enquiries will divert to a company mobile. Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and/or pilots discretion, weather, air traffic control and availability. Any request to increase flight time will incur additional charges.
Refund policy:
0% cancellation fee if cancelled 72 hours before flight departure.
50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 24-72hours of flight departure.
100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of flight departure.
Cancellation fees do not apply when Auckland Helicopters cancels a flight due to weather conditions or aircraft un-serviceability. In this instance, any monies paid in advance will be refunded. Auckland Helicopters will not be liable for any consequential losses or additional cost incurred as a result of cancellation.
All refunds must be issued at the point of sale.
Prices:
New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are subject to change without notice. Fares are only valid for the date specified. Fares are for the helicopter component only - all other tour components are arranged and charged independently.
Payment:
Payment is due at time of booking unless credit accounts have been arranged.
Credit cards:
We accept Visa and Mastercard which will incur 2% surcharge.
AMEX will incur 3% surcharge
Weight restrictions:
Passenger's individual weight MUST be advised at time of booking. If a weight variance of more than 10% is determined upon check in, we reserve the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee.
FIT bookings:
Credit Card details are required to confirm the booking.
Other charges:
Landing fees may apply at certain landing locations. Please talk to our reservations team about this at the time of booking.
Conditions of carriage:
Auckland Helicopters will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service, howsoever caused. Auckland Helicopters works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for other operator's acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by these operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage.
